Sprint help on Xbox Controller?

I'm playing for the first time through LemonWeb on my Xbox and I can't seem to sprint at the part where Charlotte chases you. I've been looking for a bit and so far I've found no solutions that work for me. I'm unable to download an external app for keymapping due to my phone's device settings and I do not own a computer or keyboard. If anyone could help me figure this out, I'd appreciate it!

(Unrelated but who's your guys favorute characters? So far I'm torn between Claire and Noel!)
