Missouri DMVs must be shut down permanently

I'm saying this, because I'm 24 and still haven't passed my permit test, keep relying on ubers and people to drive me around, and the roads in Missouri are unsafe and dangerous. Between 2025 and 2026 I failed my permit test 11 times. And I've witnessed 3 other people fail their permit tests too, so I was at least relieved that I wasn't alone. I really want DMVs in Missouri to permanently shut down. If I can't pass, nobody can. Even if, by some miracle I did pass my permit test (which i highly doubt I will) it'll be too late, and i'll be destined to end up like Anton Yelchin and Paul Walker, regardless of if I know and follow the rules or not. The roads in Missouri are genuinely dangerous and unsafe, I know this because i've ridden in the passenger seat my whole life. And because of the fact that me and so many other young people are struggling to pass their permit tests on those touch screen computers, all DMVs in Missouri must be shut down permanently.
