Other than wanting to climb the corporate ladder, is there any reason for a senior IC (not interested in management) to get a masters degree?

For reference, I am a senior IC for a health insurance company. So I was considering MBA and MHA. But I don’t want to do this for no reason. Would a masters degree be pointless in my situation? I don’t want to climb higher than the job I have now.
