No victim restitution since January

I havent received my monthly victim restitution checks from a past case since January. I know the new collection agency is AllianceOne and the transition is taking a while but it’s been 9 months with no checks and I’m at my wit’s end.

I have a case number, I’ve called DTAC, I’ve called AllianceOne, no info on when the payments will restart nor if the defendant is even still submitting payments which is what I’m most worried about.

I’m surprised there’s not more outrage about this. Anyone know what more I can do other than wait? I at least want to know if the defendant is still paying but AllianceOne doesn’t want to give me that info.
