does anyone else get random sensitive patches of skin all over their body?

I’m 100% aware that this might not be related to endo and is likely from something else, but it never hurts to ask.

I get patches of sensitive skin all over my body, so sensitive that clothes touching it causes pain. There’s never any redness or dryness or any physical sign really, but it’s so painful and completely random as far as I can tell. Has anyone else experienced anything like this?
