Who is watching the Overwatcher?

Let's admit that Overwatch is not perfect. And in it's current form, it's unrealistic for expecting it to be.

People that review your games and determine you need to get punished for at least 3 miserable, toxic, low prio, long duration games just because one of your games didn't fit their own play style is wrong. These people reviewing your games are the very same people that occasionally ruin games for their choices in a game. Maybe less often because they are not as talky/toxic as yourself.

Worst part about overwatch is that it's incredibly subjective. There is no explanation for the decision making progress. No comments about the judgement, no improvement notes. no alias/hidden ID so you can ask for another review, no chance to revoke if the judgement was wrong?
Also no penalty or bans if/when a clown makes decisions out of his ass.

There must be some discussion/updates to improve the system. It has been the stale, often corrupt system for almost 10 years.
