Wrist/Forearm pain when palpating contractions?

I’ve very recently started feeling an aching/burning pain along my inner forearm when palpating contractions for longer than a few minutes. It’s definitely new, but not sure if it’s some sort of repetitive strain thing?

Just thought I’d see if anyone else had anything similar, while I want to speak to Occy Health.
