Has anyone tried contacting congress?

I am thinking going outside my city for help may be best for what’s happening and I’m thinking going to a congressional rep outside of NY/NJ may be best. I think someone may be trying to impersonate me, and bringing my evidence to them may be the best chance I have to expose the fraud.
