Elegant party of 16

Recs, please. Gen X NYC college friends gathering for a celebration of life in Manhattan in spring of ‘27 are looking for a semi-private venue where we can meet for champagne and dinner. Hoping for $200/per but could stretch the budget. UWS ideal but ok with anything within a few blocks of subway. I’m not elegant myself but my friend was an OG BWT. 💔 Thanks for your help!
