Couple working for the city and Health Benefits

We have 1 kid. I have health benefits under MBF. My wife works for DOE and will be covered by DC37. We are currently enrolled through my benefits and covered by NYCEPPO.

MBF doesn't cover the rider while DC37 covers it.

MBF has some other benefits that I would like to keep.

How should we arrange enrollment between the 2 of us now that she will be eligible for health benefits?
