Tips for Price Negotiation, Move-In Ready

Hi everyone,

Looking for some advice on negotiating the price of a new build, move-in-ready with HN.

The townhome has been in the market for a while, it’s the only interior unit left for sale in that block; but of course there are others in other lots that we don’t like as much.

- How much lower than asking can we usually offer on a new build?

- If they don’t lower price, what concessions or incentives could we ask?

- Anyone with HN specific experience?

PS - we have a realtor but HN was the first builder we toured and when we learned we can have a realtor for new builds. Our realtor said they can’t help us on this one since we toured the house first without them =/
