Faction Wars

Sorry if this was asked and answered but I couldn't find the answer to my question. I am new to MyFaction and Faction Wars. There are rewards you get but the one I don't know what it is for or if I can equip them are the Unlimited stamina, start with a finisher, ect. I don't even know what those rewards are called, stipulations, mods? Why earn them if we can't use them? Can I use them for my cards?
