400 glow plastic vs 400 soft (fractal)

Been using a 400 glow pa3 as an approach disc and started putting with it from k3 rekos last week. I love how it feels. I have a 300 firm pa3 I got from play it again and idk I'm not in love. I like the way the 400 glow feels.

How close is 400 soft to 400 glow? I love the look of fractal, but wasn't sure how close these 2 are to one another in feel, as I throw almost all exclusively Discraft in esp plastic
