Should I move on from this guy!? I need help

We had a pretty big argument in the car, which led to 5 days of total radio silence. To smooth things over, I sent a mature peace-offering text saying: "Happy Friday ❤️* I don't want there to be any bad energy between us. I care about you a lot, and I'm open to talking whenever you ar*e." 
His response to my emotional reach-out was pretty dry: "Ok but I'm not mad at you." When I followed up with "Okay babe, You know I like you and want you," he just gave a short "Yes I'm not questioning that," and then threw a kissing sticker reaction on my next text. 
A few days later, I decided to switch up the energy completely. I sent a bold text and a hot voice note saying I wanted him to do "everything" to me. The second I made it sexual, his tone shifted
instantly: He saved my audio message to his phone right away. 
He replied fast with "lol I got you!!" 😈 
When I stayed bold, he used it as an opening to test my physical boundaries, bringing up a past "no" with *"*😩 nah you don’t want everything lol".  What do you guys think? Is he just keeping his guard up after our fight, or is he showing me that he only cares to put in effort when sex is on the table?
