Looking for a Female roommate

Hi, I am looking for a woman roommate. I am a 22-year-old woman studying marine biology who is a huge extrovert, and I am generally pretty easy to get along with.

-Rent is 1200+ electric which varies by month+ Internet which is $70

- The apartment is in Fullerton, a 3-minute drive from CSUF, a 15-minute walk, and a 10-minute bike ride

-there is leftover furniture from my former roommate, but you can bring your own. There's a desk, a twin bed with a mattress, and one shelf

-shared bathroom and kitchen

-laundry room that you have to pay for via laundry card

-you can move in at anytime

- I would be happy to share pictures with anyone interested

- I have no pets, but I am okay with any and all types of animals, but the apartment does charge a pet fee if you have them
