Multiview that can output 4k-23.98 in a throw down box/mini converter form factor

Using the blackmagic Multiview and it’s fine but it doesn’t output 23.98

I work in scripted tv/features and 23.98 is a majority of our work. Hoping to get that frame rate output on the Multiview without another converter.
