My two coworkers do 1% of the work each.

My job includes some queue work. It's not our only priority, but it is a priority. Me and two coworkers share one queue, we are all expected to be working off of.

We have the queue where the three of us are assigned the task at the same time and a spreadsheet where we mark whos working on what when. We have metrics and a lot of evidence showing who does what.

I have a degree in math and data analysis, so the stats are something I read daily.

The metrics point out that I do 96% of the queue work, I do as many as I can do while keeping up with my other priorities. My two coworkers each do 1%. That puts us at 98% completion every week. That means that every week our backlog grows by 2%.

I am so fucking furious that those lazy sacks won't increase their input by just 1-2% so are backlog will stop growing and we can reduce it. Guys, I know we have other shit to do, but if I can do 96% of it with my availabile time wtf are you doing??
