An appeal to ArenaNet: fractals are dying!

[Discussion]

ArenaNet, this is an appeal about what I consider the true endgame content of Guild Wars 2. Fractals have some of the most fun mechanics in the game, but right now they're practically abandoned.

The signs are everywhere. On NA, there are very few LFG groups for T4 dailies, a tiny number compared to how many players are active. CM groups, on the other hand, are nearly inaccessible to anyone who wants to learn, because many veterans have no patience for new and semi-new players, and some are outright toxic. Even guild Discords barely host fractal training events anymore.

The problem goes beyond the lack of room to learn. Even when someone creates a beginner-friendly CM group, no new players show up. I believe one of the reasons is intimidation: after so many bad experiences with veterans, many players simply give up on trying. The result is a hard cycle to break, where new players don't join, veterans aren't replaced, and the fractal community keeps shrinking.

That's why I'm asking you to invest in fractal quality of life and, above all, to think about more inclusive mechanics that allow mixed groups of new and veteran players without making the run frustrating for anyone.

Fractals deserve attention before it's too late. ArenaNet, if nothing changes, they're going to die.
