Hot flashes??

Does anyone else get really bad hot flashes? I’ve always gotten hot flashes and night sweats leading up to my period. Lately I’ve been getting them when my period is wrapping up as well. I instantly feel like I’m the temperature of the sun followed by some nausea. I’m only 27 so I don’t think menopause is happening yet. Can anyone else relate?
