This Equinox season is WILD

I’ve released a 20+ year relationship, finalized a move date and acquired a new house, and learned a close friend may be relocating out of town (for good reasons!)…all within a week and a half.

Seems like things are shifting dramatically for me right now. I long for stability but also want to welcome the shifting energy that’s happening right now.

Any tips or similar experiences out there? 😅
