This was a pretty middle-of-the-road month. Nothing I loved and nothing I hated.

👍 Nue Barrier Culture Body Cream (Ipsy shop purchase) - This was a nice product with no noticable fragrance. Nothing amazing, but solidly good. I would rebuy for the right price, but I wouldn't spend high end kind of money on it.

🤷‍♀️ Babor NUTRI RESTORE AMPOULE SERUM CONCENTRATE (BeautyFix) - This is a weird product. First, the good: It feels very fancy. You get an individual glass vial for each day, and it felt very luxurious when I put it on. I definitely felt like I was spoiling myself with this one! The bad: I literally had to break open each vial, and I don't want to have to break glass to access something unless it's

a fire extinguisher. It comes with this little tool to snap off the top, and then I would rub the contents between my hands to check for sharp bits so I wouldn't accidentally end up rubbing glass shards into my face (and yes, I did find a little piece of glass once). Who on earth thought this was good packaging?? I'm dumbfounded. I also didn't really notice any difference with my skin. I think this is supposed to be sort of a one week intensive boost, so (as far as I can tell) it's not meant to be a long-term product, and I used the entire course without much effect. And if I'm going to go through all that (and at that price point), the product needs to be darn near miraculous with its results. I would use it again if i happened to have it because it was pleasant and felt nice, but I wouldn't repurchase.

🤷‍♀️ GROWN ALCHEMIST INSTANT SMOOTHING SERUM (BeautyFix) - This was fine. It didn't upset my skin, but didn't really do anything for it either, as far as I could tell.

🤷‍♀️ SUNDAY RILEY CEO Afterglow Face Moisturizer (BeautyFix) - The was a perfectly fine moisturizer, but nothing special. It was heavy enough for my dry skin, which I appreciate. I really did not care for the scent, but it faded almost instantly after applying it, so it wasn't a big deal. I wouldn't buy this, but I'd use it if I had it.

🤷‍♀️ TASTE BEAUTY Face mask in Donut (not pictured) (Birchbox) - I'm not always a big fan of sheet masks, but this was actually pretty nice! It didn't slide around a lot, and it smelled amazing. It was a pleasant addition to my bath. That being said, the fragrance was *incredibly* strong, so beware if that's an issue for you. And as far as I can tell, it didn't actually do anything for my skin. I wouldn't repurchase, but I'd use it again if I had it.
