AITA for Confronting this Sleeping Arrangement?

Basically, I work at a factory (I got this job so I could make double the pay for supporting our relationship dreams) and I worked 2nd shift... I worked super hard to get accepted onto 1st shift.

We live separately and hadn't been staying the night much bc id work till 1am

I asked my partner, can I stay 2 consecutive nights bc I was afraid I would not wake up bc my sleep time was changing from going to bed at 3am to waking up at 3am... I was terrified I'd sleep through my alarm

She was like "of course!"... I stay the first night, we have a great night... day 2... she's like "yeah I'm tired from work today so you can't stay the night"... She works part time as a barista.... I was really upset and said "my entire circadian rhythm is thrown off!"

I ended up hitting a mailbox on my way home bc I fell asleep at the wheel ... she was like "ur 25 and you can wake up to an alarm"

Anyway, AITA for getting angry and saying she broke what she said? Saying it was a double standard... I did get angry about hitting the mailbox, but I wasn't manipulative or anything demanding it's her fault... but it felt like she didn't care.

(She's my ex now after saying she couldn't trust herself not to cheat, but still wanted me... after she asked me to never say I'm attracted to others)
