Need Suggestions to start a dairy farm in Rural area.

I, recently graduated from my btech college want to start a dairy farm for my family. I have plenty of time to work on starting this business before my joining letter.

Come to our resources we have 3 buffalos,4 acres of land at different places and own shelter for them. The main concern here is water,it was due to frequent failure of borewell motor.

So anybody can guide me to start this business. I feel very greatful to them.
