How to date people

For context im 23 6ft about 240 and not really attractive. I've recently tried dating apps but have had no success. Most of my time is spent working, at college or sleeping So i don't have to much spare time and don't go out much but I want to start going out more, exploring new things and meeting new people but I genuinely just don't know how or where to go. So im just looking for some advice or possibly meet some people on here.
