6-inch android under 20k

With the current surge in smartphone prices especially here in india, is it likely the prices might go down during these upcoming festive seasons? (Very unlikely although)

Are there any Android left with compact size (one handed) for daily usage at 20k, it seems almost every budget phones start with the biggest display size i.e., 6.7"

Any recommendations, suggestions?
