Noob needing Help

Hey guys, I have a few options for this list such as WDP or fulgrim more noise marines double Lord exult, even demons etc. I have some choices, but my problem with all these options is I have no idea how to play them. I can read and understand what they do, but not necessarily how to properly use them or when to. But I came up with this list and I feel like it would be pretty good at covering most situations you come across maybe? I am super noob with this army and kinda playing in general so any help would be greatly appreciated!
