is there a way to stop having dreams?

hey everyone, after I started taking sertraline I've always been having strange dreams that you usually get during a fever, they feel just like real life despite being pure nonsense and I remember them all after waking up

is there a way to get rid of these dreams? I find it very exhausting and tiring, I used to like sleeping, but now I just hate anticipating whatever stuff my brain is going to come up with this time
