Is my new PSU broken?

I recently installed a new ASRock PG-850G 850W PSU After about 2–3 weeks of using it, I started noticing this weird buzzing sound. I don’t think it’s coming from the fans.

Is this a normal electrical noise, or could it be an actual issue with the PSU??
