Unable to read one UI 8.5 background colors

In the transition from One UI 8 to One UI 8.5, some apps can no longer read background colors.

They can only read them if I apply the background using Samsung's Wonderland.

Even if I use the Samsung Gallery, they don't work.

Question: Has anything changed from one of 8 to 8.5 or is it a bug?
