Air Niugini and Qantas in Oceania

Turkish in Europe

Delta, United, Copa Airlines and Aeromexico in the Americas

Egyptair in Africa

Biman Bangladesh Airlines, Garuda Indonesia and Oman Air in Asia

Is that really it? I can't think of any others.
