48 hrs minimum nic

It’s been 48 hours since I’ve used a velo/zyn, just hitting a 2.5 juul pod maybe once a hour or so. I feel so amazing already a bit shaky since I was going through a can of atleast 9mg zyns a day and now I’ve basically done less then 2 mg in nearly 2 days. The withdrawals sucked day one but waking up this morning with no desire to put one of them things in my lip was so nice.
