Best rental companies?

I am currently looking at apartments for next year, and I was wondering which people have the best experiences? I know WSV, Trout, Halfmoon, and ARPM don't have the greatest reputations. Personally, I think Brickworks is the best, but adding another person, so looking around. What would y'all recommend?
