My girlfriend is at work tonight, she works night shifts at a Children's Hospital and I had a stomach boner for my favorite meal from Longhorn Steakhouse paired with a beautiful Dr. Pepper.

Anyways, my birthday is in 3 weeks and me, my girlfriend and her dad and his girlfriend are all going to take a trip to Japan for it. We're all pretty close and her dad has always wanted to go to Japan so I wanted him and his girlfriend to join us. I'm super excited, but not just because we're gonna be in Japan, but because I'm also going to be proposing to my girlfriend while we're out there! Not before my birthday though, that day is mine haha.

Jokes aside, we've talked about marraige and I know she's the one for me and it's not a matter of if, it's a matter of when. And well, she obviously has no clue that me and her dad have been doing all the work on the back end to plan it out. I had a custom ring made to her specifications that we've discussed before so I know she'll love it.

She talked about trying to get something engraved because there's an older gentleman in Japan that does engravings on anything metal and she didn't know what she wanted to get engraved. So she has been trying to find something, so I figured what I would do was buy a metal ring box instead of the traditional ring box, and her dad's gonna take it to this older gentleman, and he's gonna engrave it with a Japanese art style.

The whole thing is exciting and I'm telling everyone that I know wont tell her. It's been a long 6 years fellas, and I honestly thought I would've messed it up by now but I'm happy to report I haven't. I've made silly mistakes like saying hurtful things (not verbal abuse) or not always listening properly but I'm just happy she loves me for all of it. I don't normally get gushy but she's the love of my life and I'm just suoer excited!

Anyways dinner was a 10/10 as always. Love coming here
