Not the prettiest of builds, but .... works REALLY hard
2003 E450 with 7.3. Started off as an ambulance. The ambulance body was transplanted onto a newer chassis and this unit was sold off as a cutaway. Previous owner added a 24-inch fiberglass cabback and an 11-foot flatbed. I mostly use it to pull my tractor and other equipment around. But I also spend lots of time pulling the travel trailer.
