I am experiencing several related concerns that have prompted this consideration. I have been noticing mild erectile difficulties that I attribute to age-related factors or masturbatory habits, and I experience premature ejaculation, typically within three to four minutes. Additionally, I do not produce pre-ejaculatory fluid. My foreskin is somewhat tight with mild excess tissue relative to my glans size, and the skin retracts behind the glans with a small fold due to a short frenulum.

My partner typically experiences vaginal dryness, which compounds some of these challenges. Given these circumstances, would you recommend pursuing adult circumcision as a potential solution? I would greatly value your professional thoughts and recommendations on this matter.
