still thinking about the rule my relative ignored at the last family get together

a few days have passed and i keep replaying the whole thing. we had agreed that everyone would put their phones away during the meal so we could actually talk, which felt like a fair request since we rarely all get together. most of us stuck to it, but one person kept checking theirs every few minutes and even took a call at the table. i did not say anything at the time because it felt petty to start a thing in front of everyone. now i am wondering if i should have spoken up or if i am overthinking it. i am still annoyed but also unsure whether it is worth bringing up again.
