Still confusing people??

Advice Needed

Hi guys

I have been stealth for about 2-3 years now and have been transitioning for about 6. Top surgery a little bit over a year ago! My day to day is very simple and I am often assumed male(yay!) lately though I have been really bothered by the "theys" and "i didnt know if you were a girl or a boy" comments I get every so often.

To get an image of me:
-im 5'4
-short curly hair
-small but muscular/lean
-i have an eyebrow piercing
-day to day outfit consists of darker colors, T shirt and jeans...

Now what confuses me so much is that not only am i muscular enough that my chest is very masculine but so is the rest of my physique. The most feminine thing about me is I am not one to play the whole "stoic guy" part. Somehow still I get people using they which i find to be so ironic given the climate around those pronouns.

Recently I had a guy who to me was actually much more feminine saying IN A GROUP OF PEOPLE ID NEVER MET "yeah i wasnt sure if you were a girl or guy" to me...i was so shocked and frankly offended that i just joked about it being cuz i dress cool (haha).

But Im absolutely blown away by this as I again truly do not understand where they could be coming from. I pass (what I thought) was very well... Im feeling really insecure and frustrated over this as i have fought so hard to look like how i feel. I mean i weightlift 5x a week and kick box 4x a week. My voice is deep. I cant control that i am still petite in hand and general sizing but even so! I've completely spiraled and started finding my body ratios and shit. Of course i learn my waist to shoulder circumference ratio is 1.54 instead of the ideal 1.6.

Im so tired of still dealing with this when i have even given up some levels of self expression to achieve some peace of fucking mind. Is there some weird thing im missing?? Why would someone even fucking say that in the first place??? How do you guys deal with feeling emasculated in social settings?
