How likely would I get sponsorship in London or the UK for a HR job

Hi,

I’m thinking of relocating to London on a Youth Mobility visa for 2-3 years. The country that I am a national of is eligible for this visa and I am within the age and all the conditions of this visa.

I am a HR professional and I was wondering what my options were if I really loved living in the UK and wanted to stay on after my Youth Mobility Visa ended.

I’m really keen to give London and the UK a try but the only thing that is putting me off is that I may absolutely love the place and build a great life only to say goodbye to it all after 2-3 years.

I understand HR Advisor and HR Manager are on the skill shortage list.

I’m just keen to know what my options are?
