Need help

I have been using Iphone 11 for 6 years and the battery health is 70%. Just from 2 days back… the apps like whatsapp and instagram are not running in background. I need to open the app to get messages and notifications. Other than than its showing me as offline for everyone. Can anyone give me a solution to this
