missing codes for 2fa, can i link it again?

my authenticator app decided to delete the link or something and just says add new account, which means i am unable to log into new locations.

i also cannot grab a backup code from the app, which is the only place im logged in.

can i redo the 2 factor authentication setup whilst only having mobile access?
