84 Construction Achieved/Advice

Ok so I finally achieved 84 construction today.

I have made my pool up to the 2nd to last upgrade, still need 5 more herb levels to make the ornate.

I am going to run some TOAs to get my dragonstones, and then finish the jewelry box.

Got the fairy ring.

I need to get a sceptre from pyramid plunder and I have been passively doing that on mobile.

I have a few questions...

Should I go for the final nexus? What teleports should go in it? I currently was going to use my basalt teleport portals and just not put them in the nexus.

Do I really need to plant a spirit tree? Not close to 99 farming.

What other rooms are super useful for an iron?

TLDR;

I want to know the best way for irons to max their house. And know the most useful rooms.
