Travelling ANA with CPAP machine

does anyone have any recent experience travelling with a CPA machine? I have a resmed Airsense.

I'll be travelling with ANA from Sydney to Haneda.

Do I need a letter from my Doctor to verify the machine is for my personal use?
Do I need to notify ANA?
Do I need to do anything else?
