AIO For not wanting to share a Bed with my Uncle?

Apologizes in Advance because this seems more like a rant.

I recently turned 18(M). My Uncle lost his job a few months now. My mom offered him to stay with us until he can find a new job. I'll give him credit where credit is due, he is trying hard to find a new job. He slept on the couches and my mom didn't want him to feel like a guest or something so she let him sleep in my room. I didn't want to disagree at first because I didn't want to seem like I hated him or anything, and at the time, I didn't.

Notice how I said at the time, because that quickly changed real soon. He moves a lot in his sleep, so I'd be waking up with his hand in my shirt, half his body rolled on me, or my blanket forcefully removed by this man. I sleep at around 1 AM daily because I'm taking hard classes that have a large amount of HW and I'm apart of my HS science Olympiad and swim team, knowing this, my uncle still sets his alarms at 4:00 AM and every hour after, he doesn't even wake up to turn them off, I DO.

I've tried to tell my mom and she says that I'm overexaggerating over tiny problems that could be solved if I just talked to him. Well I did at first, and he listened for about a day before continuing what he normally did. Idk if I'm making this into a big problem or if I am overreacting.. get it? it's the name of the sub
