WCA question/advice please!

Hello!

I was unwell for some time last year, admitted to hospital several times and signed off work for many months as a result. I notified UC sent in fit notes etc and this triggered a UC50. I completed this back in October 2025. I never heard anything back, subsequently I returned to work with OH amendments in place and notified UC, however this week I now have a WCA over the telephone with Serco… Does anyone know why? or what this is for/about?

I work 18.5 a week, and this is more than enough for me due to my own health and the fact I have 3 children at home, one of which is special needs and requires a great deal of attention.
