Any e-mail address to ask something for disabled passenger ?

Hi everyone, one of the family members has a physical disability and every time we fly other airlines, upon sending an e-mail to medicine/disability department to ask getting allocated seats with extra legroom considering the disability, they provide it. However, for Qatar Airways, I could not see such an e-mail address. Would be grateful if you can share the e-mail address in this regard.
