Hi! I’m developing **Depths of Elora** as a solo project.

It’s a 3D dungeon-crawling roguelite where you enter the dungeon, fight enemies, collect loot, and decide whether to keep going deeper or return to the village and secure what you found.

The main loop is:

**Explore → Fight → Loot → Extract → Upgrade → Go again**

I’ve been working mostly on combat, enemy variety, progression, random modifiers, bosses, loot, and the risk/reward of continuing deeper into the dungeon.

Right now I’m trying to figure out what parts of the game need the most improvement before adding more content.

I’d especially like feedback on:

* Combat feel
* Dungeon pacing
* Enemy variety
* Progression between runs
* Visibility/readability
* Whether the core loop feels replayable

The demo is playable here:

I’m still actively developing it, so criticism is useful. I’d rather know what feels weak now than after adding a lot more content.
