Random account with my email and credit card information

I just got a email from Roblox that I had been charged two small amounts for robux. But i dont play roblox and I certainly never gave out my info to them. I was able to log into the account through a one time code to my email and its just some kids account. It seems to be very active with favorite games, lots of friends, and purchased cosmetics. But I never made this account. It genuinly seems like some kids account. But my email is being used as the parental email and despite having no saved payment methods, my credit card was legitimately charged. It was only like $5 but still. What is going on? Also side not the account is in Spanish but I don't know if thats relevant at all.
