Update of my startup issue of PoE2

On my last post (https://www.reddit.com/r/PathOfExile2/s/NDPHCtj5zo) abpit issues with both PoE2 abd Helldivers 2 when I start both game and both cause PC reboot and crashes, I have updated by NVIDIA Driver to 616.92 and situation got worse, I keep crash and reboot PC on Grand Expedition so I downgraded the driver to stable 610 I downloaded in the past. However situation keep occured so I ask Claude for diagnostic methods and was instructed to install HWiNFO64 to get the log. Analysis from Claude showes that before the crash my RTX 3060 run at maximum power of 170W constantly, so it suggested that my PSU got trouble to feed enough power, which got me suprise because I have bough a Bronze-Case 650W based on PSU tier list, not a random one. But after use MSI Afterburner to decreased power level to 75% and switched from Vulkan to DirectX12, PoE2 had no longer crash or cause PC reboot (Helldivers 2 still crashed on first startup but I will deal with it and reported on another post on r/Helldiver2). So with PoE2 it seems that the reason is the PSU cannot feed enough power despite I use air cool abd only installed 3 SSDs.
