Racing on center port?

Im just off Cavalier and for the past hour have been listening to the sounds of engines Gunning it, tires squealing and cars backfiring. Im assuming its coming from center port. Its sooo freaking loud. I can hear it from inside my house.

Anyone else in the area hearing this? Is it actually coming from center port?

Its sounds like a nasty crash just waiting to happen.
