Part-time working professional grad programs in CS

I'm interested in some of the labs at UTokyo for CS as a working professional. I've already attended UTokyo for a different grad program previously but that was not part-time. Does anyone have any experience with applying as a working professional, and specifically for the CS programs at UTokyo? I wanted some insights from anyone who's already crossed this bridge before.
